main site are completely separate.
Items are generally shipped within 48 hours.
If
an item is out of stock, most likely it has already been ordered and
should be arriving soon.
Our major shipping methods are USPS (for light weight packages) and UPS (for heavy packages). Please note: If the package is being shipped to a
P.O. Box, it must be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
In an effort to provide you with low shipping
costs, we recycle and use boxes and bubble mailers we have on hand.
Return Policy
We certainly hope that you will be
pleased with your order, so we make every effort to select high quality
products to ensure this.
However, if you are not satisfied,
simply return the item to us within 7 days in the original condition and
packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund your order. We will
only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping charges, and we will
not cover any return shipping charges.
Exceptions: All sales
are final on earrings, body jewelry, and hats.
Please note: For
your protection, return your package "insured" by UPS or US Postal
Service. Otherwise, if it lost during shipping and we do not receive it,
we will be unable to refund your money.
